• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aet365 platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same person (multi-accounting).

To voluntarily close your account, contact the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closure. Balances on accounts closed due to rule violations will not be refunded.
